Foxes (Year 3 & 4)
We are a class of 28 children who love learning and finding out about the world around us.
This half-term, we're learning all about rivers and the sea, from following the path of the River Ribble in geography to finding out about Lighthouses in our non-fiction text in English. We're singing sea shanties as part of our Let's Go Sing concert preparations and exploring Hokusai's "The Great Wave" in art and painting in water colours. There's also Forest School for everyone during the term where we'll definitely be exploring the brook!
In science, we're investigating light and electricity and in DT we'll be working with a 3D printer to create something special! In maths, we're focusing on multiplication and division. Remember to keep visiting Times Table Rockstars!
In R.E. we'll be looking at the life of Jesus and how he changed lives.
Mrs Riddell, Mrs Gow, Mrs Burton and all of Team Fox are looking forward to enjoying this term with you!
