Admissions - Supplementary Information.
At Balderstone St Leonard's CE Primary School the governor's will take into account any information provided about faith, in line with the detailed criteria in our admissions policy.
If you wish to provide the governors with a faith referee you must complete the supplementary form.
THE SUPPLEMENTARY FORM MUST BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO SCHOOL BY 15TH JANUARY 2024
DO NOT RETURN THE SUPPLEMENTARY FORM TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.
